Mark Your Calendars: Fisker to Release Q1 2023 Earnings Results on May 9th

Before the market opens on May 9th, Fisker will release its Q1 2023 results, followed by a conference call to discuss the quarterly results and provide an update on ramping production and delivering vehicles to customers.

Today, Fisker announced the timing of its Q1 2023 results and conference call. The company will be releasing their quarterly results before the market opens on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023. Following the release of Fisker’s quarterly results, the company will hold a conference call at 5:00 AM Pacific Time (8:00 a.m. ET). Henrik Fisker, Chairman & CEO, will kick off the conference call. He will be accompanied by Dr. Burkhard Huhnke, CTO, and Dr. Geeta Gupta-Fisker, COO and CFO.

Typically, during the conference call, Fisker executives provide prepared remarks. They will review quarterly results and share an outlook for their business. Much of the focus will be on Fisker’s plan for ramping production and delivering vehicles for both European and US markets. We will get an update on Fisker’s financial position since last quarter. After prepared remarks, management opens the Q&A portion of the webcast taking questions from industry analyst. Twelve industry analysts currently cover Fisker.

Furthermore, Fisker management intends to respond to a selection of questions from retail shareholders during the Q&A portion of the call. Fisker will begin accepting questions from retail shareholder on April 26th at 5:00 AM Pacific Time. To confirm ownership in the company, shareholders must link their brokerage account. Retail shareholders can submit up to three questions to Fisker management. They can also vote on questions submitted by the community that they want Fisker to answer during the Q&A portion of the conference call.
