Now is your chance as a Fisker shareholder to submit questions to Fisker management for the upcoming Q4 2022 earnings call.
Today, Fisker shareholders can submit questions and upvote the ones they want answered during the Q4 2022 earnings call. Since the Q&A platform opened, shareholders have submitted 100 questions. According to the site, there have been a total of 372 participants who have either submitted a question or upvoted their favorite question(s). Furthermore, these shareholders own 517.6K Fisker shares.
Questions on the Q&A site can be sorted by Top Voted, Most Shares, or Newest. The Q&A platform allows three question submissions per shareholder. Submitting and upvoting questions is pretty simple — login or create an account and connect your stock brokerage account to verify you’re a shareholder. Then, submit questions or vote on the ones you like. You can submit questions up to 24 hours before the earnings call.
Last week, Fisker announced the timing of its Q4 and full year 2022 results and conference call. Fisker will be releasing their Q4 2022 earnings on Monday, February 27th, 2023 after the stock market close. The company will hold a conference call at 2:00pm Pacific Time which will include a Q&A session. Fisker executives attending the call will include Henrik Fisker, Chairman and CEO, Dr. Burkhard Huhnke, CTO, and Dr. Geeta Gupta-Fisker, COO and CFO.
Our Questions
We assumed Fisker would continue to take shareholder questions on the upcoming earnings call. Thus, we created a list of 20 questions last week just for this very moment. However, many of the questions we published last week have already been posted on the Q&A site. Nevertheless, we identified three questions and submitted them last night. - Last quarter Fisker had 700 employees, has the company issued a hiring freeze or expect layoffs to preserve cash? (Vote)
