Today, Fisker released the date for its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is scheduled for Tuesday, June 6th, 2023 at 8:00AM Pacific Time. The Annual Meeting will be conducted exclusively via live webcast, as a completely virtual event with no physical location. Shareholders of Fisker are welcome to attend and participate in the meeting, where they can submit questions and vote their shares electronically, as in previous quarterly earnings calls. Ahead of the annual meeting, Fisker will be releasing their Q1 2023 quarterly results on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023.
