Fisker Provides Update on $350 Million ATM Equity Program

New 8-K filing about Fisker’s Charter provides shareholders with an update on the company’s ATM equity program.

Today, in a new 8-K filing about the company’s Charter, Fisker provided an update on its $350 million ATM (at-the-market) equity program. Fisker says there is “approximately $150 million remaining in that program.” According to the filing, 22,517,941 shares were issued between May 24, 2022 and December 29, 2022. Gross proceeds totaled $193.5 million in cash.

At the end of Q3 2022, Fisker announced it raised $116 million using their ATM equity program. This means, Fisker raised approximately $77.5 million in Q4 2022 using their $350 million ATM equity program. Therefore, about $156.5 million remains on the company’s ATM equity program.

Back in May 2022, Fisker announced an at-the-market equity offering. Fisker said the proceeds would be used for development of the Fisker PEAR and additional vehicle development, retail development, additional technology development, and general corporate purposes. The latest 8-K filing was made available through Fisker’s website early this morning.
