Fisker’s 2022 annual shareholder meeting will be held on June 7th, Tuesday of next week. This year, like last, will be a virtual meeting. The live stream will begin at 8:00 AM Pacific Time.
Ahead of the meeting, you can review the company’s latest Form 10-K filing. It is packed with business updates. The company will reference information from this document throughout the shareholder meeting.
You can also vote using the Proxy. Typically, it’s much easier to vote electronically. Contact your stock brokerage to vote electronically. Shareholders as of the close of business on April 11, 2022 are entitled to the notice and to vote at the annual shareholder meeting.
