Fisker released their earnings date for Q2 2022 and says they remain on track to start production and deliveries of Ocean One in November.
Today, Fisker ($FSR) released the date it will report its Q2 2022 financial results. The company will report their latest earnings on Wednesday, August 3rd, after the market close. Fisker will host a conference call at 2 PM Pacific Time to discuss its earnings. Henrik Fisker, Chairman and CEO, Dr. Burkhard Huhnke, CTO, and Dr. Geeta Gupta-Fisker, COO and CFO will all be present on the earnings call.
Furthermore, Fisker is inviting shareholders to submit and upvote questions to management through a third-party shareholder Q&A platform. This is a way for retail investors to engage with the company. You can submit up to three questions to Fisker management. Other shareholders get to upvote the best questions. Fisker will begin accepting questions on July 25, 2022 at 5:00 AM Pacific Time.
In the press release today, Fisker said it remains on target to start production and deliveries of the all-electric Fisker Ocean in November 2022. The company will start producing the Fisker Ocean One launch vehicles, followed by the Extreme, Ultra, and Sport. Pre-ordering officially opened up for Ocean One on July 1st. Since then, the company has remained quiet about their progress. Perhaps the company will wait two weeks to provide an Ocean One update on their earnings call? I was thrilled to have been able to order the Ocean One but as an investor I was a bit skeptical about why I was able to because my reservation wasn’t until March 2022.
I’m hoping they will announce closure of Ocean One reservations next week and the delivery of product by geographical breakdown August 3rd. This plus the dribbling of new features will keep interest high and speculation rampant among the One buyers as to range (I think there is more info to come), and their vehicle number. Boys and their toys. Lots of mental chewing gum to go around. I think I’ll buy some stock and a Fisker hat. Enjoy.
