Fisker Announces Date for 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting

Fisker announces date for its 2022 annual shareholder meeting to be held on June 7th at 8:00 AM Pacific Time.

Tonight, we noticed Fisker added its 2022 annual shareholder meeting to the events section on its Investor Relations site. The meeting will be held virtually on June 7th at 8:00 AM Pacific Time. In the event posting Fisker also enclosed the company’s latest Form 10-K filing that it will reference during the meeting. Fisker is allowing shareholders to submit questions ahead of the annual meeting for the Question & Answer session.

You can also vote using the Proxy. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on April 11, 2022 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting and any adjournments thereof. Your stock brokerage firm will reach out shortly to inform you about voting electronically. There are five items of business for you to vote on.

Elect the three Class II directors listed in the accompanying proxy statement, each to serve a three-year term expiring at the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders or until such director’s successor is duly elected and qualified or until such director’s earlier death, resignation, disqualification or removal.
Approve, on a non-binding, advisory basis, the compensation of our named executive officers.
Approve, on a non- binding, advisory basis, the frequency of future stockholder advisory votes on the compensation of our named executive officers.
Ratify the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm of Fisker Inc. for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.
Transact any other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting or any adjournment or postponement of the Annual Meeting.
