Henrik Teases Fisker EV Truck

Henrik Fisker rang in the New Year by posting and then deleting an image of the Fisker EV Truck as a 2023 goal.

On New Year’s Eve, Henrik Fisker wished all of his followers on social media a Happy New Year. He did so at the nine o’clock hour on the West Coast. His posts on both Instagram and LinkedIn included a similar 2023 greeting. In the post was a familiar electric vehicle we’ve seen teased over the years. The posts had a Fisker badge, sparklers, 2023, and a rendering of the Fisker EV truck.

It was on LinkedIn where Henrik used the hashtag #2023Goals. The posts were only live for an hour or so before they were deleted. It was pretty neat for Henrik to show a different angle of the Fisker EV pick up truck. This time from overhead. The photos were then replaced with photos of the Fisker Ocean. One of the photos was captioned, “I’m excited to see the Fisker Ocean EV in the hands of customers & on the streets in the US & Europe this year!”

As we’ve said before, there is no question a pickup truck is the missing electric vehicle in Fisker lineup. The company already has an electric SUV, compact five-passenger urban vehicle, and convertible supercar. This would certainly be a great goal for Fisker in 2023 — start taking reservations for the Fisker EV truck. However, delivering Fisker Ocean electric SUVs to customers is top priority. Deliveries will begin shortly after global certification is completed which is expected in February. We believe 2023 is going to be The Year of the Fisker Ocean!

  1. Well Henrik said that there will be 3 PEAR variants, and the product plan picture clearly features a pickup, so I’m assuming that it’ll be one of the variants.

  2. The A pillar and windshield of the truck look picture look Ocean based to me. The base of the PEAR pillar and windshield have a curve.
