  1. Woah. I did not realize that the CEO and CFO were married. I’m sure both are extremely well qualified but that is a huge corporate governance red flag in a public company – regardless of whatever other oversight mechanisms are in place. As compelling as that presentation looks and for all Fisker’s success delivering its first two vehicles and launching delivery phase 2, investors should heed serious caution.
