Get ready for Fisker to contact you about preparing to pre-order your Fisker Ocean One within the next week or two.

Fisker will officially open pre-orders for the Fisker Ocean One on July 1, 2022. At the beginning of May, Fisker said it would begin contacting reservation holders this month to prepare for pre-ordering their Fisker Ocean One. The company has only seven business days left in the month of May. We have not heard from Fisker about pre-ordering our Fisker Ocean One yet.

The exclusive, launch-edition Fisker Ocean One will be the company’s first electric vehicle. Only 5,000 units of the Fisker Ocean One will be produced. This trim will be the most luxurious edition of the Fisker Ocean. The electric vehicle will be fully loaded with all premium features. It will include also include signature features such as Big Blue Sur exterior, MaliBlu interior, 22″ F3 SlipStream wheels, and a commemorative digital signature. Fisker Ocean One will start production in November 2022. Deliveries will happen in the United States and Europe during the same month.

The first 5,000 Fisker Ocean reservations were placed between November 2019 through June 2020. If you placed your reservation between these dates, expect to hear from the company shortly. You will receive an email from the company to prepare for pre-ordering your Fisker Ocean One. However, it wouldn’t surprise us if you received a phone call too.

When Fisker contacts you this month to prepare to pre-order your Fisker Ocean One be ready to secure funds for a larger down payment. It wouldn’t surprise us to see Fisker ask for a larger deposit to secure your Fisker Ocean One pre-order. The deposit could be 10% of the purchase price or a flat down payment. It will certainly be more than $250. The company will also give you a limited time to pull the trigger. If you don’t they’ll move on to the next batch of reservation holders. Make sure you review each color option ahead of time.

We don’t expect all of the first 5,000 reservation holders to purchase the Fisker Ocean One. With Fisker’s share price and the stock market well off their all-time highs, it’s a good possibility the next batch of 2,500 reservation holders will get a chance to purchase the Fisker Ocean One.
