We are introduced to our dedicated Fisker Advisor who ensures us of a seamless customer experience throughout the Fisker Ocean delivery journey.

Today, we received an exciting update from a Fisker Advisor taking us one step closer to delivery of our Fisker Ocean One. In fact, we just received an email titled, “Your Fisker Advisor & Delivery of Your Fisker Ocean” and couldn’t be any more excited! We have now been introduced to our dedicated advisor that will help us on our Fisker journey. Our Fisker Adviser appears to work hand-in-hand with our Vehicle Coordinator for a seamless customer experience. The message says that once we have worked with our Fisker Vehicle Coordinator to confirm important details such as delivery location and payment options, our Fisker Advisor will take over.

Flexibility and Eagerness for Delivery

This intro email from our dedicated advisor assures us that Fisker will provide us with a smooth transition in taking delivery of our Fisker Ocean One. For instance, after communication with our Vehicle Coordinator is complete, our advisor says they will personally follow up with us to provide a specific delivery date for our Fisker Ocean. They requested us to provide a preferred date/time window for delivery, and we promptly informed our Fisker Advisor about our availability. As you can imagine, any time is good for us. We are flexible and eager to collect our Fisker Ocean as soon as possible! We also told our Fisker Advisor that we are happy to come to them, as opposed to home delivery, if that makes things easier.

Our Fisker Advisor emphasized their availability to address any questions or concerns and assured us that they will provide professional support throughout our journey. For example, yesterday, we shared a video capturing a recent delivery at the Fisker Center+ in Munich. It’s evident to us that Fisker is actively striving to create a great customer experience once we take ownership of our Fisker Ocean. The guided tour during vehicle delivery adds a nice touch. Well, that concludes the latest update on our adventure. Now is the perfect moment to say, hello Henry, look forward to meeting you in person!
