Customers in the US are finally getting their hands on the highly anticipated Fisker Ocean One SUVs as the company begins its first wave of deliveries.
Today, Fisker has started deliveries of its first wave of Fisker Ocean One SUVs to customers in the United States. This marks a significant milestone for the company. This moment has been eagerly awaited by customers since the development of the Fisker Ocean which began in October 2020. The Fisker Ocean One, which is part of the launch edition model of the Fisker Ocean Extreme, offers a substantial 113 kWh battery pack (106 kWh usable) and an EPA range of 360 miles on standard 20″ wheels and tires.
As of right now, the company has begun delivery of nearly two dozen vehicles at its La Palma R&D location in the Los Angeles area. Today’s special event provides customers with an opportunity to become familiar with their new Fisker Ocean One launch edition SUVs. As seen in the video above, product specialists were on hand to guide customers through the vehicle’s features. The initial group of vehicles was expedited by cargo plane over the past weekend from Austria to the US.

How Many Fisker Ocean Ones Have Been Delivered?
Fisker has taken a unique approach to certification, allowing it to deliver vehicles simultaneously in Europe and the US. By adopting a dual-market strategy, the company has already delivered vehicles to customers in Europe. However, you may be wondering how many Fisker Ocean Ones have been delivered to date?
Unfortunately, Fisker has not yet released exact numbers, but we have been keeping a running tab based entirely on photos and video shared by the company. According to our estimation, if Fisker delivers these 22 vehicles in Los Angeles, the company will have delivered 30 out of 5,000 Fisker Ocean Ones. It is worth noting that Fisker has garnered an impressive 65,000 reservations for the Fisker Ocean, including pre-orders for the limited edition launch vehicle.

This is great and a fantastic stepping stone, but we’re still waiting for regular deliveries to start and for cars to be made available for test drives and reviews. It would be great to understand when we can expect these milestones.
Should also mention, the configurator is missing colour options and packages, as well as the extra key fob to order. Email received back from fisker says solar orange and the black pearl colour will be available in 2024 now, and a second key fob can be ordered later on. No mention if why packages are missing (performance package and adas upgrade options)
I’m beginning to lose faith that my Ocean One will ever get delivered. It seems the company is more focused on marketing events about FY 26 cars that might happen vs getting cars delivered. As a startup you’d expect maniacal focus on execution but instead they seem to be just stumbling along hoping marking distracts folks.
