Henrik to visit Magna Steyr next week to review and test drive the latest production intent Fisker Ocean electric SUV.

Today, Henrik shared that he will be visiting the Magna factory next week. He plans to review and test drive one of the latest production intent Fisker Ocean electric SUVs. He could test drive the first vehicle which recently rolled off the high volume assembly line. In a post on social media, he said, “It’s amazing to see the cars on the assembly line! Flying out to plant on Tuesday to review and drive.” He shared two new photos of factory workers assembling a production intent Fisker Ocean.
However, this could be the same electric SUV in Mariana we saw earlier in the week. In the new photos from the factory floor of Magna Steyr, you can tell the Fisker Ocean is towards the end of the assembly line. Other photos from the high volume assembly line didn’t have wheels yet. In one of the photos, you can see the Fisker Ocean has 22″ F5 AirGlider wheels. This is the first time we’ve seen a production intent vehicle with the same wheel selection on Henrik’s test vehicle painted in Blue Planet.
Yesterday, at the Morgan Stanley investor conference in Southern California, Henrik shared Magna will build several marketing vehicles for Fisker. The electric SUV in the photos could end up being one of the first marketing vehicles shipped to the United States. According to Henrik, Magna will continue to produce vehicles ahead of official start of production on November 17, 2022. This will help Magna get faster and more efficient on the assembly line. The Fisker Ocean remains priority number one for Fisker.
