Henrik Performs Final Quality Check and Shows Off Fisker Ocean Sea Salt Interior

We get a look at the Fisker Ocean Sea Salt interior as Henrik performs a final quality check on some electric SUVs ready to leave the Magna factory.

Today, Henrik shared that some Fisker Ocean electric SUVs are ready to leave the Magna Steyr factory in Graz Austria. However, he didn’t say where they will be heading. They could be for the company’s first fleet order delivery, which consists of 15 electric SUVs. Fisker announced last month they plan to deliver a small commercial fleet of 15 electric SUVs to Magna in December 2022. The company said they expect retail customer deliveries following European and US homologation in February 2023.

In his video update, Henrik said, “Fisker Ocean quality check!!!” In the video clip you can see Henrik capturing the Fisker Ocean interior from the Magna factory in the rear seats as he shows off the Sea Salt interior. You can hear him say, “Let’s check out the Sea Salt interior. Great contrast. I’m just doing the final quality check of some of the cars ready to leave the plant at Magna.” We’ve seen a lot of photos of the Sea Salt interior. However, this is the first time we recall Henrik sharing a video of this thoughtfully designed interior color option.

The Sea Salt interior color option has evolved a bit since the company first shared photos of it in prototypes and digital renderings. There used to be a bright blue stripe down the middle of the seats. This feature has since been changed to a blackish color better matching other interior accents throughout the cabin. We like this design a lot better than what was previously shown. It’s a much safer interior design color scheme than using bright accent colors. Our favorite interior option so far is still Black Abyss Plus, which Henrik showed off earlier this week.
