Henrik Fisker visits the Magna Steyr manufacturing plant this week to check out more Fisker Ocean progress.
Today, Henrik Fisker announced he is back at Magna Steyr this week after the Paris Motor Show. In the early hours of the morning, he took to social media to share a few photos and videos. He said, “At Magna Manufacturing plant this week, seeing more Fisker Oceans on the production line & coming off the production line: it’s super exciting!” Then, Henrik was asked how many cars are being built each day. He replied, “It varies, it’s still in set up mode before start of production.”
Henrik has a busy schedule. He was just at the Paris Motor Show early this week. Now he is back at the CO2 neutral manufacturing plant. In the video, Henrik observes robots and humans assembling Fisker Oceans on the high volume assembly line at Magna Steyr.
At the beginning of the month, Fisker and Magna were planning to build 23 Fisker Ocean electric SUVs last week. It will be exciting when we hear more about this development as the factory is still in “set up mode” according to Henrik.
November 17th is just around the corner. We’re now 28 days away from the official start of production at the Magna factory. That’s only four weeks away before Fisker and Magna produce sellable electric SUVs. There’s no question about it, customers are still excited about the Fisker Ocean. In fact, we conducted a poll last night with 87 Fisker customers. 97% of customers are still excited about the Fisker Ocean after seeing video out of the Paris Motor Show. One thing is for certain, we’re not the only one excited to take delivery of the Fisker Ocean!
