Fisker Prepares for European Deliveries

Fisker has started reaching out to customers in Europe, requesting their billing and registration details, as the company prepares to deliver Ocean One vehicles in the region.

Today, reports have emerged from Fisker customers stating that the company is preparing to deliver Ocean Ones in Europe. We have received emails from several Fisker customers requesting confirmation of their delivery and billing address. Copies of emails are posted below. Furthermore, some members on Fiskerati Forums also posted similar emails. These emails were written in Danish, Swedish, and German.

Once translated to English, the emails said, “We will make the delivery schedules for your Fisker Ocean and will need some additional information from you, such as confirming your billing address. Please confirm your details by clicking the button below.” This shows that Fisker is preparing for European deliveries on May 5th like they previously said.

After clicking the button, Fisker also inquired whether the customers planned to use the Fisker Ocean for private or business purposes and requested their registration address. This process is similar to the one Fisker conducted for US customers in January. At the time, Fisker requested customers confirm their delivery address.

Last week, Fisker received regulatory approval in Europe. The dual homologation strategy paid off for Fisker. As you may recall, Fisker’s initial plan was to deliver their electric SUVs to customers in the US before anywhere else. Later this week, Fisker will begin delivering vehicles to European customers while waiting for the EPA.
