Henrik’s test vehicle was on display all week throughout Los Angeles and we got a glimpse of it in both photos and videos.
Today, Fisker sent out an email communication about Henrik Fisker’s new test vehicle. The email was titled, “Our Package Has Arrived”. A few things stood out to us that we wanted to call out.
Firstly, the company says that the vehicle will be used for additional refinements. This will ensure the Fisker Ocean will be outstanding and exceed our expectations.
Secondly, they called out that their test vehicles often lack full functionality, design elements, features, and textures. We figured this was the case, but always nice to be reassured.
Lastly, Fisker reaffirmed the Fisker Ocean is on schedule to start production on November 17th. We’ve included a copy of the email communication below with the important bits in bold text. Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Our Manhattan Beach headquarters just received a pre-production Fisker Ocean hot off the prototype line from the Fisker Ocean factory in Graz.
As we prepare for production in November, prototype builds are coming ashore to the US. These vehicles offer our team the opportunity to further test the Fisker Ocean so we can make additional refinements, ensuring the vehicles delivered to our customers are outstanding and exceed expectations.
As usual with a vehicle prototype, these vehicles often lack full functionality, design elements, features, and textures. So, if you see one of them on the road, please note it is not a production vehicle, and elements may change before production.
Our team of engineers, designers, marketers, and service operations will utilize this vehicle in real-world settings for qualitative analysis, so if you are in the LA area, you may see us driving around town. Don’t be shy; say hello!
