Fisker Confirms Ocean Deliveries to North America and Europe in June

Fisker has set the first wave of Fisker Ocean deliveries for June, and here’s what you need to know.

Today, Fisker sent us an email providing an update on the planned June deliveries of the first North American Fisker Ocean vehicles. Some customers in Europe received a similar email. The email started with the subject line “Fisker Ocean Deliveries Planned for June” and greeted us as Fisker reservation holders, sharing the latest news on Fisker Ocean production timelines and deliveries in North America.

The email stated that Fisker expects to deliver the earliest North American vehicles in late June. The timing of the first wave of deliveries will depend on factors such as delivery speed and the logistics capabilities of the delivery centers. Customers who are part of this initial wave will receive their estimated delivery dates via email, starting from Friday, May 26th.

Furthermore, the email mentioned that the priority is to finalize the production and delivery of the remaining 5,000 Fisker Ocean Ones to all initial launch markets. Customers in the subsequent waves of deliveries will receive updates regarding their Ocean One estimated delivery date, specifying the month, week, and exact delivery date as those dates approach.

The email emphasized that the unique Ocean One number sequence does not determine the order or timing of the delivery. Instead, the vehicle delivery timing will be based on the regional rollout strategy, independent of the assigned vehicle number.

Next Step Before Delivery

On the latest episode of All-Things Fisker: Episode 26, we covered the topics of deliveries and Fisker Finance. During the episode, we conducted a poll to determine when customers expected Fisker to contact them for Fisker Ocean payment/financing before delivery. The poll options included 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, or other.

To our surprise, more than 50% of the respondents selected option A, indicating that they expected to be contacted 30 days before delivery. Option C received the fewest votes, with only 4% of the participants choosing it. As mentioned previously, Fisker will prompt customers to apply for financing at the appropriate time based on their vehicle’s anticipated delivery timeline. Customers will find the Fisker Finance application link within their Fisker account.
