With 27 days away from opening Ocean One pre-orders, Fisker is on-track for 100 Ocean prototypes by month end, and we get a new close up of the Extreme Prototype interior with Revolve screen in action.
We are now 27 days away from pre-ordering the Fisker Ocean One. Earlier this week, Henrik shared the company is getting ready to go out to customers in July. The company is on target to open pre-orders on July 1, 2022 for its first customers.
Fisker is also on track to have over 100 prototypes built by the end of the month. Fisker’s manufacturing partner Magna Steyr is working 24-7. They are at a pace of building two prototypes per day. We expect the company to hit their 100 Ocean prototype goal by June 15th.
Today, we got a look at the interior of a Fisker Ocean Extreme prototype. The company wanted us to focus on Revolve, a feature on the 17.1″ screen that rotates into Hollywood Mode. However, we couldn’t help notice the unpolished steering column. The Fisker logo on the steering wheel is grayed out and there is no writing on the plastic piece of trim beneath. Also, the center stripe on the seats appears in darker blue than the images on the company’s configurator.
