Henrik shares video clip of a production Fisker Ocean in Red Planet with 22″ F6 Vortex wheels on the Magna Steyr short test track.
Today, Henrik Fisker gave a first look of a few things in a new video clip. We got to see a production Fisker Ocean off the assembly line at Magna Steyr. We should probably get used to seeing a lot more production vehicles around. The newly minted production Fisker Ocean has a Red Planet exterior and 22″ F6 Vortex wheels. This electric SUV appeared on the Magna Steyr short test track just after assembly.
As the production electric SUV gets to the stop sign, it pauses momentarily, then quickly accelerates down the test track. You can hear this Fisker Ocean burning rubber before it picks up speed. When we toured the Magna Steyr facility, we learned every car assembled went through testing. Henrik confirmed this by saying, “Each Fisker Ocean production car gets tested on a short Magna test track!”
This is the first time we’re seeing the Red Planet color option on a production vehicle. Previously, we’ve only seen the Fisker Ocean in this color option on computer renderings. In our opinion, the Fisker Ocean painted in Red Planet looks absolutely stunning! Red Planet will be available for customers later this year that pre-order Ocean Extreme, Ultra, and Sport trims.

Um
Not interested in seeing the car on a track flash past! We’re not children, how’s it perform on the highway in cold weather, range, how quite inside at normal speeds, lighting at night etc etc
I guess Fisker uses the term “Production Vehicle” loosely because Ocean Ones are supposed to be the first saleable vehicles to customers are Ocean Ones, which is not available in Red Planet.
