  1. Scheduled delivery never happened yesterday. Fisker contacted 10 minutes before end of delivery window to let us know that there were issues with the driver and that it would be delivered by 12 PM today EST. No delivery, no update or communication . Customer Service and logistics are horrible! This is not a great start.

  2. Glad its just not me, I have had the same issue with delivery and I am unable to get anyone to respond. Glad I am paying for insurance on a vehicle I don’t have. They were very efficient at getting me wiring instructions but once that was sent pretty much no communication except to tell me late afternoon the day I was supposed to receive it that it is not coming. Not a great way to start a new car company.

    1. Thanks for the comment Bob. The lack of communication, especially on the day of the expected delivery, is not a great customer experience. We suggest contacting your vehicle admin right away. Hopefully, the issue gets resolved soon so you can start enjoying your Fisker Ocean.

  3. So got my vehicle here, a week late and no communication. Got a call from driver stating car will be there in two hours. Excited after a year wait — it is all that I imagined and more. However quality and safety checks were definitely lacking. Fingerprints, scratches on fender, dust and water marks everywhere… definitely no detailing, the seats seemed like they were wiped with a dirty rag. Then I look in the trunk and I was shocked to see that the can (I think) for Fixing a flat tire — it has leaked, there is white liquid, luckily most of it was in the plastic bag it came with. Also found one of those plastic rivet things loose and not sure what that is supposed hold – it was under my wiper outside of front windshield. Sent a message to admin, let’s see if they will respond and what solution I will get.

  4. MY situation just keeps getting worse. I was called on Friday and told they could deliver my vehicle this weekend. They asked if I was available and I said yes. The agent told me that Fisker delivery would call with timeline. Well it is Sunday afternoon and I received no call or no vehicle. If I go to my account and look at the status of my vehicle it states Place Your Order and Lock in Production. Can’t make this stuff up. Also still no response from all my emails to different departments.

  5. As much as I hate to say it, my delivery experience was the same as mentioned above. I have had great patience throughout the process. The squeaky wheel does get the oil. I demanded my car be delivered before I left the country for 30 days. They did so and now it sits in my garage.
I also had a leaky tire repair bottle that saved a major clean-up by the plastic bag it was in. But the bottle is now useless.
However, I am still excited about my new FOO. As a significant stockholder with a major loss, I dislike seeing the poor service. People often don’t recognize the importance of good communication. Yet, I am still long-term optimistic.
